Lorenzo Ferrante
Chief Executive Officer
Lorenzo has over 20 years of experience in development finance and microenterprise lending across Southern Europe. He joined PERMICRO S.P.A. at its founding and has led the organisation from a regional pilot to a nationally recognised microcredit provider. He holds a master's degree in financial economics from the University of Bologna.
Claudia Marchetti
Head of Credit and Risk
Claudia oversees the design and application of PERMICRO S.P.A.'s credit methodology, ensuring that underwriting decisions are both commercially sound and socially responsible. She previously worked in credit risk at a major Italian cooperative bank for 12 years before transitioning to the microfinance sector.
Dario Esposito
Director of Client Relations
Dario leads the team of credit officers and client advisors, setting service standards and managing the post-disbursement support programme. He is a trained mediator and brings a background in social work to his role, which shapes PERMICRO S.P.A.'s distinctly client-centred relationship model.
Nadia Okonkwo
Financial Inclusion Specialist
Nadia focuses on developing outreach strategies and application pathways for borrowers from immigrant communities and informal employment backgrounds. She holds a postgraduate certificate in development economics and has worked with international NGOs in financial education before joining PERMICRO S.P.A.
Marco Bianchi
Chief Compliance and Data Officer
Marco is responsible for regulatory compliance, GDPR implementation, and internal audit functions across the organisation. He has a background in banking supervision and spent eight years at a national financial regulator before moving to the private sector. He ensures that PERMICRO S.P.A.'s operations remain transparent and fully compliant at all times.
